Returning from Prague to the airport

Plan for the road journey as well as your airline’s check-in and baggage requirements. An address in Old Town, Malá Strana or Vinohrady is a starting point, but the exact entrance matters. Confirm a usable collection point with your accommodation if the entrance or access is unclear.

A useful address is more than a neighbourhood

A hotel name plus its street address helps distinguish similarly named properties. For an apartment, add the building number and a clear contact arrangement. If your booking covers a station connection, specify Prague Main Railway Station and the onward train details rather than using “the station” alone.

A child seat, folding wheelchair, pushchair, ski bag or several large suitcases can change the vehicle discussion. Describe these in the comments. An airline baggage allowance does not establish what will fit in a particular car; vehicle space and any assistance should be confirmed separately.

Where exactly will I meet the driver at PRG?

The meeting point is agreed with your booking. Add your flight number and request a name sign if useful. Check the confirmed terminal and collection instructions before travelling; do not assume an arrivals-hall location from the website alone.

Which Prague Airport terminal should I include?

Prague Airport identifies Terminal 1 with flights outside the Schengen Area and Terminal 2 with flights within it. Check the terminal for your actual flight and include it in your enquiry. The exact collection point still needs confirmation; do not assume that the airport’s official taxi pickup instructions apply to your separate booking.

Can I request a hotel-to-airport transfer?

What should I do if the flight changes?
